Unmotivated Silva earns Anderlecht some more money

TRANSFERS Het Laatste Nieuws knows that Anderlecht will receive compensation from Wolverhampton for canceling Fabio Silva's loan agreement. The loan deal did not include a recall clause, so Anderlecht could keep its foot firm. However, it decided (wisely) not to do so.


According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Silva had been leaving an unmotivated impression at training for a while. Moreover, his physical values were not good, which also meant he was often substituted early. That also happened a week and a half ago at Club Brugge. Afterwards, it came to a discussion between Silva and coach Brian Riemer. In response, Silva reportedly indicated he no longer wanted to play for Anderlecht, according to the newspaper.
