Schlieck new goalkeeper Futures

1B - TRANSFERS RSC Anderlecht has recruited Timo Schlieck (18) as a talented goalkeeper. Schlieck is rented from RB Leipzig with an option to buy. This is a German goalkeeper who received his training at Bielefeld and Dortmund, joining RB Leipzig's U17 in 2021.


Academy Director Mikkel Hemmersam is excited about the acquisition and sees a lot of potential in Schlieck. It is not yet certain whether Kasper Schmeichel will stay and Schlieck will be recruited to strengthen the RSCA Futures, but he could potentially be an option for the future.
