‘Agreement with AC Milan on replacement Debast’

TRANSFERS According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht are close to a first summer transfer. Jan-Carlo Simic is said to be transferring from AC Milan for around three million euros.


Simic is a 19-year-old central defender. The German Serbian was bought by AC Milan in the summer of 2022 from VfB Stuttgart for one million euros.

For the Milanese, he played seventeen games in the Uefa Youth League, among others. Last season, he made six appearances for the first team there. In his debut match, he even scored the 2-0 in Serie A against Monza.

At Anderlecht, the 1m86 tall, right-footed central defender is supposed to become the replacement for Zeno Debast, who left for Portuguese Sporting a fortnight ago for a good 15 million euros.
