GAMES UEFA has appointed Marian Barbu as referee for the match between Real Sociedad and Anderlecht at the Reala Arena in San-Sebastian. Kickoff will take place at 6:45 p.m. The assistant referees are also from Romania.

The VAR is a Dutchman. Barbu whistled the friendly match between Belgium and Serbia at the King Baudouin Stadium in November 2023, which ended in a 1-0 victory for Belgium.
