Mario Stroeykens played the full match for Belgium U21 against the Czech Republic. However, Belgium suffered a 0-2 blowout and see their chances of qualifying for Euro U21 dwindle. Jan-Carlo Simic remained on the bench for Serbia in their draw against Switzerland. Kasper Dolberg came onto the pitch in the 79th minute of the match between Denmark and Spain. Denmark lost 1-2.

Earlier, Sardella remained on the bench in the Red Devils' loss match against Italy. Ali Maamar came into action for Morocco's U20s in their match against Egypt, which they won 2-1.
