INTERVIEWS Mats Rits appeared relaxed at the press conference in Prague. He predicts “an intense match” tomorrow evening against Slavia. “A strong opponent, very solid and aggressive. We'll have to be ready and aware of what's at stake.”

Along with Kasper Dolberg, Rits is the player with the most European experience in the RSCA core. “It's good to have already played matches like this. But the youngsters are also ready to play a good match in these conditions, with lots of atmosphere. Everyone's looking forward to it.”

Rits plays a little more offensively under David Hubert than under Brian Riemer. “I may get in more, yes. But it depends on the matches. If I only play on 'six', I still have to play control. From 'eight' onwards, I get a bit more in front of goal, which is also more noticeable. What do I prefer to do most? It doesn't change much for me. I don't need to score, as long as the team wins.”

That's what Anderlecht is doing under David Hubert. “David has put other accents. But we put more pressure on, in a slightly different system. We want to get the ball high up and then play our game, with lots of movement and depth. We play dominant soccer. That's the biggest challenge.
