1B - GAMES - 1B RSCA Futures won the relegation game in 1B against Racing Genk 4-1. The gap between the two teams is now six points. The Futures even climb to tenth place in the standings.
 


With the Futures and Jong Genk, the last two in the standings faced each other. With a win, the Futures would do a golden deal in the fight for retention. Because this was a postponed game, newcomer Konaté was not allowed to play. Diawara, however, was back in the game (leaving Joren Dom out), as was substitute Angulo.

Robbie Ure (photo) gave the Mauves an early lead. Afterwards Genk dominated and had chances, but goalkeeper Schlieck proved his worth. Just after the hour, Tajaouart made it 2-0. Claes netted from the spot, but Schlieck and Ure, after a nice move by Angulo, secured the victory. In the added time, Baouf made it 4-1. The Futures recorded their fourth and biggest win of the season.
