A lot of goals against MVV

GAMES RSC Anderlecht convincingly won its last friendly against Dutch second division side MVV Maastricht 7-2. Vazquez was the star of the match with no fewer than four goals.


Luis Vazquez opened the scoring after fifteen minutes, followed by a goal from Nathan Saliba that doubled the lead. Anas Tajouart and Vazquez quickly made it 4-0, after which Vazquez completed his hat trick.

The goalfest continued after the break, with Ludwig Augustinsson scoring the sixth. Although Anderlecht conceded two more goals, it was Vazquez who made it 7-2 with his fourth goal of the afternoon.

After a meager 1-0 defeat earlier in the day, a goal-scoring frenzy followed. It will certainly give Besnik Hasi pause for thought regarding his starting lineup.
