"It is my dream to keep them for one more season."

YOUTH - INTERVIEWS Jean Kindermans, who is responsible for Anderlecht's Youth Academy, is dreaming of keeping Leander Dendoncker and Youri Tielemans for one more year. But he is also aware of the fact that the management won't be able to refuse a very good offer.


Kindermans thinks that it will take an other year or two before an other talented youth player will transfer to the first team. At the moment, there are a few players from the generation 1999-2001, who are going through a good evolution to play in the first team one day.

He also hopes that the management will be very cautious with Mile Svilar. He's hoping that they won't make him number one too soon and that they will not make the same mistakes as they did with Roef.
