Presentation: Landry Dimata

TRANSFERS Last month we introduced you to the first six newcomers in Anderlecht. Meanwhile the counter is at twelve. Time to briefly introduce you to the second load of reinforcements. Today: Landry Dimata.

Previous club:Wolfsburg

After a strong 2016-2017 season in which Dimata scored fourteen times in 34 games for KV Ostend, Wolfsburg put ten million euros on the table to get him.
 
In the Bundesliga, Dimata didn't do so well. He barely got any places in the starting eleven and eventually did not succeed in scoring in about nine hundred minutes of play.
 
Dimata trained and played along with Anderlecht before the deal officially finished and left a very eager impression during the friendly games. At no time did he seem like a player who returned to a smaller league against his will, but a young striker who realizes that he has a long future ahead of him.

Large, strong and relatively fast. Hardworking too. Although there are still a lot of strikers running around in Anderlecht, Dimata seems to be the first choice.
