INTERVIEWS Just like Fred Rutten, Pär Zetterberg also had his first work week at RSC Anderlecht. In the field of transfers, he repeated what Fred Rutten and Michaël Verschueren said earlier, decisions are taken after the winter training camp. But Zetterberg wants to say one thing: "If someone comes, someone with qualities will come."
In any case Zetterberg and Rutten are already on the same wavelength: "The advice he has is instructive and useful."
Next week, the Jupiler Pro League will restart for Anderlecht, with a move to the Ghelamco Arena. Immediately a good test for the new coach and his assistants. The team has lost its confidence in the last weeks and Zetterberg hopes to see that back against the Buffalo's. A victory would only make that confidence grow.
"If we win at Ghent that means that the trust in the group is back and that would be a reassurance, everyone has to be 100% committed, that is the minimum if you are on Anderlecht as a player. I'm sure everyone is aware of that", continues Zetterberg.
"If we attract a player, we also want a player with qualities, and he must certainly add value," concludes the Swede.
