Smet and Geldhof didn't succeed

OTHER The new 2019-2020 season in the Jupiler Pro League starts within a week and a half. That competition will start without referees Wim Smet and Frederik Geldhof. They did not pass the physical tests that were taken earlier this week at the Belgian Football Center in Tubize.


Referee Smet does have an excuse, he has just recovered from an injury. August 27 the referees who didn't pass can do their tests again.

A few assistant referees will also have to take their second seat: Deneve, Dhont, Hermans and Meers.
