Vandenbempt realizes that this is the way Kompany wants to play and that (currently) this should only happen with a very young team, with possible consequences. There is still a lot of work to do and Kompay's football requires technical ability and intelligence. Not everyone achieves that standard according to Vandenbempt, because in Belgium you regularly come across intelligent opponents.
 
"This football requires good feet," Vandenbempt adds, "and goalkeeper Didillon certainly does not have it." He also found Bornauw and Cobbaut uncertain in defense. Kompany has already experienced in Manchester City that the beginning can be difficult, but if he wants to bring this football, then extra quality is also needed.
