GAMES During the friendly match against Fortuna Düsseldorf, it was again the youngsters who scored the best points. Newcomers Philippe Sandler and Samir Nasri also played well. Although the latter still has some work.

Het Laatste Nieuws saw that Anouar Ait El Hadj and Sieben Dewaele were the bright points against the Bundesliga club. "El Hadj, great player," the newspaper writes. The attacking midfielder "proved himself efficient when he scored the tying goal. His finish was controlled."

Nasri showed that he has not forgotten. "If he gets the ball, he already shows flashes of his genius," Het Nieuwsblad saw. "Subtle passes: no problem. He behaved like a leader and constantly gave guidelines to his team mates." Both Het Nieuwsblad and Het Laatste Nieuws note that Nasri still has work ahead of him to be physically top. "He currently misses the explosiveness on the wing and is therefore used as number 10."

Sunday against Mouscron no Nasri in the starting eleven. Sandler may claim a basic place. "His integration is going smoothly", Het Laatste Nieuws knows. Het Nieuwsblad noted that Sandler is strong in the duels and looks more confident than Bornauw against Ostend. His vertical passes did not always come out, but that was also largely due to the dry, poor state of the field. On corner kicks he is dangerous with the head.

Finally a word about Luka Adzic. The Serbian played as central striker, but that is clearly not his position. He did, however, gave well-balanced corner kicks.
