Official: Dewaele and El Hadj extend to 2022

YOUTH Sieben Dewaele (20) and Anouar Ait El Hadj (17) have extended their contract with Anderlecht until 2022.
 


Dewaele played in the youth for Zulte Waregem and Club Brugge. In 2011 he moved to Anderlecht, where he is part of the first team this season and has played four times. Dewaele is a controlling midfielder, but in Kompany's system he also plays as a wing defender. Dewaele still had a contract until 30 June 2020.

El Hadj is an attacking midfielder who played in the youth for Efj Molenbeek and AA Gent. Kompany got the seventeen-year-old to the first team and in the opening match against Ostend, he was allowed to come in.
