Loss in friendly game against Ostend

GAMES As usual, a practice match was inserted during the international break to allow reserve players to gain match rhythm. Today was lost 3-1 in Ostend.


The game took place behind closed doors in the Versluys Arena. Ostend took a 1-0 lead through an own-goal by Chipciu and after the break it doubled the lead through ex-player Vargas. Thelin was able to reduce to 2-1, but Guri scored the 3-1. Goalkeeper Roef had meanwhile also saved a penalty at 2-1.
