Vanhamel option as new goalkeeper

TRANSFERS - TRANSFERS According to Het Nieuwsblad, Anderlecht are showing an interest in Mike Vanhamel. The first conversations already took place. The 30-year-old goalkeeper is a keyplayer at Beerschot. The Purple & White must attract new goalkeepers next summer due to the departure of Davy Roef and the injury of Frank Boeckx.


30-year-old Vanhamel started as a kid in the academy of purple and white. Afterwards detours followed at Charleroi, OH Leuven, Le Havre, Westerlo, Laval, NEC, White Star Woluwe, Lierse and Ostend. He has played for Beerschot since media 2018. There, his contract runs until 2022.
