No new contract for Vanden Borre

OTHER It has been quiet around Anthony Vanden Borre lately. His minimal contract expired this summer. RSC Anderlecht have now decided not to continue with the right back. It comes to the conclusion that Vanden Borre's body is exhausted and can no longer cope top sport.


In September of last year, Vanden Borre (again) got another chance from Michael Verschueren and Vincent Kompany after a failed passage at TP Mazembe. He lost 18 pounds in a few months but then sustained a muscle injury during a practice game. Even then it became clear that he no longer had all the physical qualities.

Vanden Borre is the favorite of many supporters, they will regret this decision.
