Rayo Vallecano wants compensation from Anderlecht

TRANSFERS Antonio Milic played on a rental basis for the Spanish Rayo Vallecano last season. The club had a purchase option but did not use it. On June 30, the loan expired and Milic had to return to Brussels. Rayo now wants to claim a compensation.


After all, the Spanish league is not over yet. And Rayo had thought that Milic would stay until the end of the competition.

But RSC Anderlecht thinks otherwise and called Milic back to Brussels on 1 July. The loan has ended and Rayo did not use the purchase option. The Spanish club is now claiming purple-white compensation because Milic was not allowed to play until the end of the season in Spain.
