Scout Andersen leaves Anderlecht

OTHER Anderlecht has not renewed the expiring contract of scout Hendrik Andersen. The former left back has worked for the Purple & White since 2016. "I am disappointed, but not angry", he says about his farewell.


According to Andersen, the corona pandemic did not work in his favor. "I am a scout who prefers to see players live at work, watching videos all day is not my thing", so it sounds in Het Nieuwsblad. "Data analysis is okay, but watching live is more important to me."

Andersen now hopes to find a club in Germany for which he can scan the Belgian and Dutch fields. The Dane lives in Eupen.
