TRANSFERS Anderlecht and Fc Copenhagen have reached an agreement regarding the rental deal of Mustapha Bundu. Both teams announced this via social media.

Mustapha Bundu (23), who came over from GF Aarhus for 2.8 million euros last summer, is leaving Anderlecht for six months. The Sierra Leoner is rented to Fc Copenhagen for half a year. After his big mistake in the final phase of the game against Charleroi (1-0 loss), the winger didn't make any more minutes with the first team of Anderlecht. Bundu now returns to Denmark and hopes to regain his old form. Once the loan has expired, Copenhagen can take over Bundu permanently from Anderlecht.

In Denmark, Bundu ends up with Jess Thorup, who has successfully completed the deal due to his good relations in Belgium.

"It is no secret that things did not go the way I had hoped at Anderlecht, but I now want to put my full energy and focus in Copenhagen. I look forward to my debut", Mustapha Bundu said after his transfer.
