GAMES Panama has qualified for the final round of the qualifications for next year's World Cup at the expense of Curacao. On Sunday night, Panama won the first leg with 2-1. Amir Murillo played the entire game and provided the assist for the second goal.
In the return game last night it remained 0-0. Murillo was not in the selection.
The final round with eight countries will start in September. The first three go to the World Cup, the fourth plays intercontinental play-off games. In addition to Panama, Canada, Honduras, El Salvador, the US, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Mexico also participate in the final round.
