'Kayembe on his way to Premier League for 4 million'

TRANSFERS A year and a half after he left Anderlecht through the back door, Edo Kayembe is said to be doing a dream transfer. The Athletic reports that the defensive midfielder is about to move to Watford. The club from the Premier League would pay 4 million euros.
 


Anderlecht brought Kayembe from Congo to Belgium at a young age. With the reserves, he quickly developed into a decisive figure, but he was never able to really push through with the first team. A year and a half ago, Anderlecht sold him to Eupen for 800,000 euros.
