Anderlecht youngster Morel to Hoffenheim

YOUTH - TRANSFERS Briek Morel, a 16-year-old youth player of Anderlecht, leaves Neerpede and chooses a German adventure. At Anderlecht, Morel had disappeared to the background a bit.


Two years ago, Morel came from Gent to Anderlecht. He ended up in the very promising generation of 2006. Central in the defence, however, Steve Likebeli and Kais Barry are above him in the pecking order, so Morel was mostly a substitute on the right.
