INTERVIEWS Dramatic, that's how you can describe the first half of Anderlecht against Paide. Captain Hendrik Van Crombrugge did not mince words after the game. "Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. You can technically have a lesser day, but intensity should always be there."
"The first half was quite to very dramatic. In advance you make certain agreements. If nobody follows those, then it goes wrong," Van Crombrugge said. "The coach said at halftime that something had to change and that if the players didn't do it, he would do it himself."
In the end Anderlecht won with 3-0 and next week Young Boys Bern awaits. Very different, but Van Crombrugge doesn't know much about the next European opponent. "What I do know is that they play on artificial grass. In that respect, Sunday against STVV is already a good training."
