Colassin to Heerenveen

TRANSFERS Several media are reporting the transfer of Antoine Colassin to Heerenveen. The Dutch club will rent the striker from Anderlecht with option to buy. There is no official confirmation yet, but serious media from both Belgium and the Netherlands consider the transfer as completed.


With Sydney van Hooijdonk and Amin Sarr, Heerenveen has a strong attacking duo, but theY were still looking for a good stand-in. In that search they arrived at Colassin, who still has a contract for three years at Anderlecht.

Colassin broke through three years ago with three goals in four games, but then dropped out with a serious injury. A loan period at Zulte Waregem the following season came to nothing and last season the striker was also sidelined for a long time with an injury.

This season Colassin is a regular with the RSCA Futures in 1B. He started all three games and gave one assist. His departure would be a serious loss for the RSCA Futures, because deep in the striker's box the numbers are thin.
