Mario Stroeykens would be Refaelov's logical replacement. Unless Riemer opts for a compact and strengthened midfield. If so, Trebel or Arnstad will come into the squad. Benito Raman (injured) and Anouar Ait El Hadj (on a sigh from RC Genk) will not be there soon either. An official matchday core has not yet been released, by the way.

Continue reading Like Anderlecht, opponent Club Brugge is also in a crisis. The champions have not won four matches and currently have 18 points less than league leader Racing Genk. New coach Scott Parker wants to show in the first game in front of his own crowd that he can bring the club back to life.
By the way, do not look for Anderlecht fans in the Jan Breydel stadium this afternoon. As a sanction after the disturbances at Standard some time ago, no Anderlecht supporters are welcome later and next week against Zulte Waregem.
