Tenerife buys Dauda

TRANSFERS Anderlecht seems to be getting rid of a redundant player. Mohammed Dauda (25) plays on a rental basis in the Spanish second division with Tenerife. Despite his injury woes, the Spaniards seem to believe in Dauda. They are said to have already reached an agreement with Anderlecht to lift the purchase option.


Sports director Juan Guerrero announced the news in the Spanish press. Dauda scored four goals in 22 games for Tenerife this season. At Anderlecht, he was able to score a goal and was loaned to several clubs including Vitesse and Esbjerg.
