Dauda hits goal for Tenerife

GAMES With a goal in the 79th minute, Mo Dauda paced his club Tenerife to a 2-1 win against Burgos this weekend. The Anderlecht mercenary was allowed to step in a little past the hour when they were trailing 0-1. Just over 15 minutes later, he levelled the scores.


Dauda was the most alert when the ball got stuck in a corner kick. For the striker, it was his third goal of the season. 

Deep in injury time, Waldo Rubio, briefly with Cercle Brugge two years ago, scored the winning 2-1. Both Tenerife and Burgos are in the middle of the standings.
