YOUTH - TRANSFERS Aaron Murenzi, a 15-year-old Belgian youth international of purple and white, signs a three-year professional contract with Racing Genk. Het Nieuwsblad reports. The six-time U15 international is a promising talent. A few weeks ago, he also signed a deal with Adidas.
Murenzi, who celebrates his 15th birthday yesterday, is a true Anderlecht product. In 2015, he joined purple and white as a seven-year-old. So now his story in Neerpede is coming to an end. At Genk, he hopes to bang open the door towards a great career.
Murenzi is already the third very promising 15-year-old from the purple-white youth academy to head to Genk. Previously, Konstantinos Karetsas (in January) and Alexander Reumers, both born in 2007, preceded him.
