RSCA Women eliminated for Champions League

DAMES Once again this season no Champions League group stage for the RSCA Women. Brann Bergen was 0-3 clearly too strong in the first preliminary round. Last year, the RSCA Women were eliminated by KUPS from Finland.


Earlier this week Anderlecht won comfortably against Polish champion Katowice 5-0, but the Norwegian women proved to be a lot stronger. The Norwegians took the lead halfway through the first half and soon doubled the score. Anderlecht could not make up for this despite four substitutions after half-time. In the closing stages, Brann Bergen also made it 0-3.

So, just like last year, a short-lived European campaign for the RSCA Women
