JOB CONTENT TEAM TUTOR
As a team coach you have a maximum presence at training sessions, competitions, internships and tournaments These continue on their own youth training but also on relocation
Your field combines a number of aspects: administration (filling in match sheets, following up accident sheets, etc.) -logistics (preparation of match material, receipt of opponent's delegation, etc.) -education (dealing with the players and pointing them to certain norms and values, etc.)
JOB CONTENT REFEREE
You are only available once a week to lead 1 or 2 matches from U8 to U12.
