RSCA Futsal provides spectacle

GAMES - OTHER RSCA Futsal is currently playing in the Champions League and it is making its presence felt there. After a 3-2 win against MNK Futsal Pula from Croatia, tonight it held European champion FC Barcelona to a 5-5 draw. With a very big win against Romanian Galati on Saturday, RSCA could possibly still make it to the Final Four.


The draw against Barcelona caused quite a bit of upheaval in the Futsal world, as Anderlecht were 2-5 behind halfway through the second half and looked to be heading for defeat. But Anderlecht still came back to 5-5 so that goal difference will now determine who gets to go to the Final Four, Barcelona or Anderlecht. The presumably serious injury to Georgian Roninho and some other injuries did provide a dark side to this memorable evening.
