On November 10, national coach Roberto Martinez will announce his selection of 26 players for the World Cup in Qatar. Last week, he already had to submit a pre-selection with 55 names to FIFA. Anderlecht got stuck at 2-2 against the weak FCSB from Romania. Purple and white certainly did not play well, but they were the best team and took the lead twice. After halftime, the Romanians equalized each time after easily avoidable goals. If West Ham loses to Silkeborg tonight, Anderlecht will be eliminated from Europe. But this team doesn't have much to look for in Europe at the moment.

The selection for tomorrow's match at Standard features two changes. Duranville is back after having to leave the field with an injury in Mechelen. Arnstad is in the selection as he has not yet received a suspension proposal following his red card against Zulte Waregem. Stassin also remains in the squad as usual.
