Amiens wanted to take Tajaouart on loan until the end of the season, but the Purple-and-White are not prepared to let the young midfielder go. The 20-year-old Tajaouart has been one of the stalwarts of the Futures for about two years and serves as their captain. As in their two previous appearances, the young Purple & White shone and convincingly defeated a powerless English team 0-3. With 7 out of 9 and one game less, they are currently third; only a victory against West Ham, which is still pointless in three games, can put them in first place and earn them a ticket to the next round. Against Seraing, the Purple & White took the lead twice, but a red card in the final phase left them with ten men and led to the equalizer shortly thereafter. Despite the disappointing result, there was also good news: Enzo Sternal returned after a long-term knee injury that had kept him sidelined since March.
