Anderlecht won 2-0 against Standard in the Croku Cup. The match was briefly stopped at the end due to disturbances in the Standard supporters' box. Standard played well before halftime, but Stroeykens very cleverly kicked the 1-0 into goal. After halftime, Standard defended sloppily, putting Dreyer in position.
